Terms of Use

Effective October 31, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and CRM03 for using crm03.com and the CRM03 service. Please read them: by using CRM03, you agree to them. If you use CRM03 for a business, you agree to them for that business, and you confirm you're allowed to.

1. The service

CRM03 helps service businesses take in leads, keep each customer's conversation in one place, and work leads with an AI agent that follows the business's own rules. We're in early access: we add and change features often, and we may change or stop parts of the service. We'll tell account owners ahead of changes that take something important away.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18, and use CRM03 for a business.
  • You sign in with codes we email you, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • An organization's owner manages its team and settings, and is responsible for what its team members do in CRM03.
  • Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Your data

What your business puts into CRM03 (its leads, customers' details, messages, files, fields and playbook) stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it, and to send it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, only as needed to run CRM03 for you and as you instruct. We don't sell it.

You're responsible for your data: that you may collect it, put it into CRM03 and contact the people in it, and that you've given your customers any notice and asked for any consent the law requires. You can delete it at any time, and deletions are permanent. To get a copy of it, write to us.

4. The AI agent

The agent drafts replies, fills in a lead's details, proposes visits and estimates, and takes the steps you allow it to take on its own. You decide which of its actions need approval first, and you can pause it on any lead.

AI can be wrong. It may misread a message or a photo, get a detail or a price wrong, or say something you wouldn't. Check what matters before you rely on it, and set it up to ask for approval where a mistake would cost you. The agent works for your business: what it says and sends for you, and the prices and times it offers, are your business's, not CRM03's.

5. Messages to your customers

When CRM03 sends email, texts or calendar invitations for your business, you're the sender. You agree to follow the laws and rules that apply, such as anti-spam laws, the rules for automated texts (including getting consent and registering your business with carriers where required), and the rules of any email or calendar account you connect. We may hold or stop messages that look like spam or abuse, or that put our ability to deliver everyone's messages at risk.

6. What you may not do

  • Break the law, or help anyone else break it, through CRM03.
  • Send spam, or contact people who asked not to be contacted.
  • Harass, deceive or impersonate anyone.
  • Upload malware, or content you have no right to share.
  • Try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, test or get around our security, or overload the service.
  • Copy, resell or reverse-engineer CRM03, or scrape it, except as the law allows.

7. Services you connect

You can connect other services to CRM03, such as a Google account, a Wix website or a Telnyx account. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and you're responsible for your accounts there. We aren't responsible for those services, and if one changes or stops working with CRM03, the features that depend on it may stop too. You can disconnect them at any time.

8. Fees

The fees for CRM03, if any, are the ones agreed with your business when it signs up or picks a plan. Some connected services, such as a phone number for texts, are billed by their own providers. We'll tell you before a new price applies to you, and you can choose whether to continue.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using CRM03 at any time, and an owner can delete the organization and its data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or that the law requires us to, and where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to get a copy of your data.

10. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep CRM03 running and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that CRM03 will always be available, error-free, or right for your business, or that the agent's work will be correct.

11. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, CRM03 isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, customers or data, arising from your use of CRM03. Our total liability for any claim about CRM03 is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Claims about your use

If someone makes a claim against CRM03 because of your data, the messages your business sends through CRM03, or your breaking these terms or the law, you'll cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell account owners by email or in CRM03 before changes that matter take effect. If you keep using CRM03 after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can stop using it.
